Terms of Service

Lost Sets is a curated discovery app for DJ sets. Browsing and playing sets is free and doesn't require an account. Creating a free account unlocks extra features, including saving sets, building a Timeline, and a personal profile.

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email accurate and secure
• One account per person
• You must be at least 16 to create an account
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, submit false information, or break these terms

• Sets shown on Lost Sets are embedded from third-party platforms (YouTube, SoundCloud, hearthis.at and similar). Lost Sets does not host, own, or control this content, and availability depends entirely on the original platform and uploader. We can't guarantee a set will remain available indefinitely.
• Descriptions, tags, and curation on Lost Sets are our own editorial work.
• Content you add yourself — bio, Timeline entries, Crate links, notes — remains yours. By posting it, you give us permission to display it on Lost Sets as part of the normal running of the service.
• You're responsible for the links you add to your own Crate or Timeline, and for making sure you have the right to share anything you post.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish Lost Sets' curated database in bulk
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content via requests, Crate entries, or Timeline entries
• Abuse or attempt to circumvent the service's normal operation

Set requests, and any other submission feature, are reviewed at our discretion against our own curatorial standards. Submitting a request doesn't guarantee inclusion.

If you believe something on Lost Sets infringes your rights or shouldn't be here, email hello@lostsets.com with the details and we'll review it promptly.

Lost Sets is provided as-is. We do our best to keep links working and content accurate, but we can't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or that every embedded set will keep working, since that depends on external platforms outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Lost Sets isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including third-party content becoming unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it can't lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
