Tinlicker

Tinlicker is Jordi van Achthoven and Micha Heyboer, from the Netherlands. They’ve been producing together since 2015 and have built a following at the intersection of progressive house and melodic techno — slower-moving than most of what surrounds them, more interested in space than density. They’re on the Anjunadeep roster and release through their own label alongside it. The New Year’s Eve full set at The Concourse Project in Austin (2024) is on this site. They also appear in the ABGT300 tracklist with a rework of “Nothing Without You” — a useful data point: they’re the kind of act that other artists call when they want their music to sound more patient. They don’t need a festival-sized room to make their sound work. It’s more interesting in a smaller one.
