Nora En Pure

Nora En Pure (Daniela Di Luca) is from South Africa, raised in Switzerland. She started releasing music in 2012 and built a following for a particular sound: melodic, euphoric, nature-inspired deep house that became one of the foundations of what’s sometimes called organic house. The Arnensee lake session in Switzerland — piano, mountains, water — is the most-viewed documentation of that aesthetic. She runs the Purified label and the associated radio show. The music she makes tends to soundtrack dawn and dusk moments that club music doesn’t usually claim. That’s the specific territory she occupies, and she’s held it consistently for over a decade.
