Michael Bibi

Michael Bibi is from London. He built a reputation through a combination of production work and long, consistently programmed sets on the tech-house circuit. He holds residencies at DC10 in Ibiza through Solid Grooves — the night he co-founded — and has played Fabric, Drumsheds and most of the UK venues that matter for this sound. His sets are functional and direct rather than showy. The Solid Grooves DC10 Closing 2023 session on this site runs well over two hours and barely acknowledges the crowd. That’s either a criticism or a compliment depending on what you’re looking for. For Solid Grooves regulars, it’s the point.
