Boys Noize

Boys Noize is Alex Ridha, from Hamburg. He launched Boys Noize Records in 2005 and has spent twenty years making records that sit somewhere between electro, techno and filtered house — harder than most house, more melodic than most techno, and consistently identifiable as his regardless of the current trend. He collaborated with Daft Punk (as Techno Project, the “Generator” EP, 2012) and has produced for Santigold, Sky Ferreira and others outside electronic music, which gives him a different kind of fluency than most DJs.
